1. Introduction

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the hw777 platform you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company, syndicate or group betting operation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. False information may result in immediate account suspension without refund of balance.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an hw777 employee.

During or after registration, hw777 may request identity verification documents. This is standard practice for gaming platforms and is required before withdrawals above certain thresholds can be processed. 3. Account Rules

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the hw777 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. hw777 uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not sharing them with any other person
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it
• Updating your account details if your personal information changes
• Logging out of shared or public devices after each session

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact hw777 support immediately. hw777 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account balances are held in PKR. hw777 does not pay interest on account balances. Balances are not transferable to another user's account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on hw777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. Supported methods may be updated from time to time and the current list is always visible on the Deposit page.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is PKR 300 for most payment methods. The applicable minimum is shown at the point of transaction.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• hw777 does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside hw777's control.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses received.
• hw777 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method but hw777 aims to process requests promptly once verification requirements are satisfied.
• hw777 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. This is standard practice and is not an indication of wrongdoing.

5. Betting Rules

hw777 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, football, esports and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the platform, except where the platform offers a specific cash-out feature on the relevant market.
• hw777 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where there is strong evidence of technical malfunction at the time the bet was placed.
• In cricket, if a match is abandoned without a result and fewer than the minimum required overs have been bowled (as specified in the relevant market rules), the bet will typically be voided and stakes returned. DLS-adjusted results are treated as official results for betting settlement purposes.
• Live betting odds change in real time. hw777 is not responsible for bets placed based on odds that were in the process of updating at the moment of placement. Confirmed bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.
• PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and bilateral series are all subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. Users are encouraged to read market rules before placing bets.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum winnings caps apply to certain markets. These are shown within the relevant market or available on request from support.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including but not limited to coordinated betting, arbitrage or exploitation of pricing errors, may result in stake restrictions or account review.

Esports betting follows the same general rules. Match result bets on CS2, Dota 2, Valorant and PUBG Mobile events are settled on the official result published by the relevant tournament organiser. Delays, disconnections and technical issues during esports events are handled according to the event's official rules.

6. Casino & Games

The hw777 casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables, table games and other gaming products accessible from the Game Lobby. All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion on the Promotions page.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus expiry date.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on an account at any given time.

9. User Conduct

• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for regular users
• Share your account credentials with another person or allow another person to use your account

10. Suspension & Termination

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity

Where an account is closed due to a user's own request and there is no outstanding breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the user's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.
